5AM MAKE IT OR BREAK IT HOUR

IF I HIT SNOOZE I LOST

With the goal of losing weight for a better, healthier me, working more than one job and being a father/spouse.  Finding time to hit the gym or just workout in general is really difficult.  So, I set a goal to get a workout in at least 3x’s a week and wake up at 5am.  This is my second week of doing so and I am happy to say I’ve met my own expectation and goal!  Understanding that if I don’t get up and get after it at 5am, that workout and goal will be missed.  

Stay away from the snooze button, get up and get after it!
