Yes that’s right! Chance The Rapper donated $1 million to Chicago Public Schools. He said he was able to donate the amount because of the support of his fans and from ticket sales for his upcoming Coloring Book Tour. The chicago native met with Gov. Rauner to discuss public school funding possibilities but said he was disappointed with how the meeting went and decided to take matters into his own hands by donating. Shout out to Chance The Rapper man, this is just another reason why he’s one of my favorite artists. And did ya’ll know that he is an after school teacher too?! UGH I can’t, love him.
