“Q: Can I register to vote on Election Day?
Yes. When you arrive at your polling location, the poll worker will ask for your identification. If you do not have any, you may sign an affidavit instead in most cases, according to the Secretary of the State’s website. To avoid confusion, also provide proof of residence (such as a recent utility bill) with you.
Q. How do I find my polling location?
There are several ways to find your polling location. You can go to vote.org and click on the polling place locator or Rock The Voteby just adding your address.
You can also Google “Where to vote” and the search engine allows you to enter your address to find your polling location.
You can also check with your county clerk’s website or visit vote.utah.gov.
Q: How can I check whether I’m registered to vote?
Go to vote.utah.gov, click on “Voter Info/Track Ballot,” and enter your information. You can also contact your county clerk.
Q: When do I need to send my ballot if I choose to mail it in?
Your ballot must be postmarked on or before November 5, 2018, which is today and the day before Election Day.
