Chadwick Boseman was trending on Wednesday because people were concerned about why he looked so thin.
Boseman appeared in a video about his partnership with Operation 42. The plan is to help hospitals better deal with the coronavirus crisis and raise awareness about how COVID-19 affects the African-American population.
The message of the initiative was lost by many when they noticed how skinny Boseman looked.
Tweets of concerned fans were also accompanied by ones who said Boseman is naturally thin and he gains weight for certain roles. As far as we know, he is healthy and well.
