First Workout of 2021


I’m feeling great after my first workout of 2021!  Its not much (to some) but I got on that treadmill and got after it for a whole mile!  Cardio is probably the workout most hate, I’m not exception.  I hate running with a passion but I believe this will help me reach my weight loss goals.  So since I believe it, I know I can achieve it.  No self doubt will be tolerated in 2021, only self belief and self love.  

If you are someone that is looking for the motivation or inspiration to hit the gym please look at what means the most to you or what/where you want to be and believe you can/will get there.  Once you do that, you are on the road to achieving it.  I start my day with a daily affirmation that I truly believe will get me through any and every challenge presented.  Stay strong and continue your self growth.
