These are the specific contest rules for the “Fear Factory Halfway to Halloween 2019 On Air” on KUUU-FM. These rules are in addition to the General Contest Rules of KUUU-FM. To participate in the “Fear Factory Halfway to Halloween 2019 On Air” promotion, participants must be a randomly selected caller when solicited or visit our social media platforms to enter to win during the contest period of 05/06/2019 – 05/10/2019. Prize: (4) tickets to Fear Factory’s Halfway To Halloween event on Friday, May 17th or Saturday May 18th, 2019 at Fear Factory. Tickets must be picked up by winner at Broadway Media (50 West Broadway Suite 200, Salt Lake City, UT 84101) within 30 days of being notified that they are available for pickup.
