The iconic made up story that once was just an idea on #blacktwitter might actually be coming to life via Netflix!!! The future film that would include Rihanna as a sexy scam artist and Lupita Nyonga, who also slays, as the computer genius behind the scanning, has been floating around Twitter or #blacktwitter for a while now. Excitement circled when both Rihanna and Lupita responded on social media that they were all for the movie idea. According to Entertainment Weekly, Netflix was vigorously bidding for the idea during the Cannes Festival and allegedly, Ava Duvernay an American screenwriter is confirmed to direct and they are hoping Issa Rae, creator of one of my favorite HBO series ‘Insecure’ would write for the film.
