Positive self talk is SO important. The way you talk about yourself affects the way you feel about yourself internally. The more negative talk you do, the more personal problems you create for yourself, this can include depression and insecurities. Having positive thoughts, self-love and positive self-talk can help build confidence, self-esteem, and self-worth. Make this a daily habit by picking something about yourself, and speaking positively about it. This can be anything! Your hair, your smile, the way you laugh, your style, habits, etc…Speak at least one positive thing about yourself daily, and watch how your attitude and mood changes. This is such a great step towards self-acceptance and self-love.
