Future and Young Thug teamed up back in October 2017 for their joint project SUPER SLIMEY. As one of the standout tracks, “Group Home” received a unique music video directed by Gabriel Hart, a.k.a. VideoGod, which takes inspiration from Federico Fellini’s classic 1963 film 8½ and Tim Burton’s 2016 movie Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children.
“Pretty much, I took an element of 8½ from Fellini and a little bit of Tim Burton from Peculiar Children,” Hart tells Genius. “Add a little bit of Thug and Future in it with the girls and the car, just to keep people’s attention, just to put them in that world. That’s what the concept with this was.”
