There will be a lot of people paying tribute at Aretha Franklin’s funeral next Friday.
Aretha Louise Franklin was born on March 25, 1942 in Memphis, Tennessee. She passed away at her home on August 16, 2018 at the age of 76.
Bill Clinton and Smokey Robinson will speak at the service.
Others scheduled to have remarks include Clive Davis, Reverend Jesse Jackson, Reverend Al Sharpton, Minister T.D. Jakes, Cicely Tyson, Judge Greg Mathis and Michael Eric Dyson.
The funeral will happen at Greater Grace Temple in Detroit on August 31st.
