Cardi B tweeted out receipts regarding her 2017 hit, “Bartier Cardi.”
She revealed that she only wanted 21 Savage and Playboi Carti on the song, since the song was named “Bartier Cardi,” however Playboi turned his verse in too late and the song only featured 21 Savage when her debut album Invasion of Privacy was released. Cardi shared a snipped of Carti’s verse and tweeted that she’s always shy to ask for verses so she had her husband, Offset, asked 21 and Carti for them. “Bartier Cardi” peaked at number 14 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and is certified 3x platinum by the RIAA.
