Jerry Heller is suing Dr. Dre, Ice Cube, Eazy-E and the producers of “Straight Outta Compton,” claiming that they “de-famed” him, and portrayed Heller the wrong way in the film.
Heller also claims that crew left out a few other minor details, that would have depicted the story in a different way. He said that he never gave permission to the producers to use his likeness, resulting in a $35 million dollar lawsuit and then some.
