Halle Berry recently filed for divorce from her husband Oliver Martinez. She and her husband of two years were just barely scene together in public, yet TMZ reports that they are splitting due to issues they are unable to reconcile.
The couple share a two year old son named Maceo, and hope to work out a positive resolve in the divorce that will take care of him, and would like to maintain his privacy at this time.
