Thursday night was huge for Jermaine Dupri as he became only the second rapper to be inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame.
Platinum selling artist, Usher did the honors of inducting Dupri. JD penned U Got It Bad, Confessions Part II, Nice And Slow and other songs for Usher Raymond.
Mariah Carey was on hand for the tribute as well. Dupri’s song writing talent made songs like We Belong Together, Always Be My Baby and more for MC.
