In a recent episode of the Earn Your Leisure podcast, Ice Cube, the renowned West Coast rapper, declared his own diss track as the greatest of all time. When asked to rank his top five diss tracks, he confidently placed “No Vaseline” at the pinnacle, stating it’s “the top battle song ever” and that “it’s not even close.” Listen to the song below:
Following his self-proclamation of having the ultimate diss track, he continued to list his favorites. “I mean, I would go with, you know, ‘Hit ‘Em Up’ is a good one. ‘Ether’ is dope. I would go with ‘The Bridge Is Over,’ and I don’t know, I think I gotta go with ‘Let’s Go.'” Watch the full podcast below:
