Lil Yachty tweeted about being pulled over earlier today (September 4th) by a police officer who allegedly didn’t believe the car was his. He didn’t disclose what kind of car he was driving, but Yachty says he wasn’t doing anything to warrant a stop.
“wow a white cop really just pulled me over just to ask me for the bill of sale on my car because he didn’t believe it was mine. Wtf”
“I didn’t do anything wrong. He literally just doesn’t believe it’s my car. S*** is crazy”
Many are saying the stop was racially motivated and are urging Yachty to retaliate against the police department.
