Logic is living the single life to the max after spending $3.57 million on a bachelor pad.
His new home is located in Hidden Hills, California, and features six bedrooms, six baths, and a newly renovated kitchen along with a well-sized backyard with a pool, hot tub, and mountain views.
According to TMZ, the 7,075 square foot space was purchased shortly after Logic filed for divorce at the top of this year.
In a recent Instagram post, he simply captioned “happy.”
Turns out he’s good at negotiating too as the home was originally listed for $3.78 million, which doesn’t happen often in L.A.
