Nas could be expecting a huge payday when Coinbase hits the Nasdaq.
In 2013, Nas’ investment firm, Queensbridge Venture Partners, invested in the cryptocurrency exchange platform when it was valued at only $143 million. When Coinbase enters the trading floor it could reach a valuation of $100 billion, which in turn would net Nas $100 million. Nas’ Queensbridge Venture Partners makes early-stage investments between $100,000 and $500,000.
