Illmatic came into our lives almost 25 years ago. It was an instant classic since its 1994 release. Now, PBS will revisit its 20-year anniversary performance where Nas teamed up with the National Symphony Orchestra at the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C.
The special event will be broadcast on PBS, February, 2nd as part of its Great Performances series. Search for Nas Live From the Kennedy Center: Classical Hip-Hop and set those DVR’s.

You can expect Nas to perform songs like “N.Y. State of Mind,” “The World is Yours,” “Memory Lane (Sittin’ In Da Park)” and “It Ain’t Hard to Tell” along with many others.
The special event will air on PBS on February 2nd at 7 p.m. MT and will be available to stream on February 3 on PBS’ website.
