Netflix launched their video streaming service over 12 years ago and once again have decided to raise U.S. prices.
Their most popular plan (which you probably don’t pay for) will go from $11 to $13 per month. The new prices will immediately affect all new subscribers while current customers will see the change in their accounts over the next three months.

Over the years you’ve most likely noticed the amount of “Netflix Originals” (Stranger Things, House of Cards, Bird Box, etc…) that have come across your screen. The extra dollar’s being charged per account will help keep those originals coming.
Will roughly $2 more a month make you cancel? The better question is, do you think whoever’s account you use will continue to remain a subscriber?
