Here’s something to smile about if you’re a Utah County resident. According to a new study done by Wallet Hub. Provo, Utah comes in as the second best ran city in the U.S. The study compared 150 of the largest U.S cities based on their operating efficiency. For each city, Wallet Hub constructed a “Quality of City Services” score-comprising 37 key performance indicators grouped into six service categories-that was then measured against the city’s total per-capita budget.
Salt Lake City came in at number 26 on the list.
The worst run is my hometown…Detroit, MI! 🙁
