Alex Wubbels, a nurse at University Hospital, refused to draw blood from an unconscious patient. The hospital and SLCPD have an agreement which prohibits this, and Wobbles was simply protecting the rights of the patient. Detective Jeff Payne took matters into his own hands and violently handcuffed and arrested her, and the body cam footage is now going viral. Watch it below:
