The much anticipated release of Big Sean’s latest visuals for “Body Language” has dropped! The concept is dope. Sean and Jhene recreate iconic 90’s movies scene to scene from Poetic Justice, Waiting To Exhale, Love Jones, and The Best Man. These two have always been on those retro vibes and the video doesn’t disappoint.
On a recent ZOOM together Sean revealed to me after telling him how the song reminds me of a continuation of “Play No Games” from Dark Sky Paradise some never-before-released details about how the “Body Language” beat was actually made at the same time, but has been redone over the years until the version we have now on DETROIT 2. Shoutout to Sean for giving Utah some exclusive behind the scenes on the track.
