Book of Ryan…
2018 has been a busy year so far for Royce Da 5’9″. Coming off the release of PRhyme 2, Royce quickly shifted his focus to the Book of Ryan, his upcoming seventh solo effort and first solo album in two years.
The visual features Royce and J. Cole rapping in front of various popular amusement park rides and games. Cedric The Entertainer even makes a cameo, playing the role of the carnival’s security guard who falls asleep on duty.
The video appears to have been directed by J. Cole himself.

Book of Ryan is set to drop of May 4 and Royce will be getting a lot off his chest. On Instagram he captioned,
“On 5-4-2018 I’m gonna take you guys on a journey. This album is everything I’ve been wanting to say but just couldn’t because I was either too drunk or too young to put it into words… All the hurt, all the pain and all the good times is what made me who I am. I’ve learned that timing is everything, patience is everything and family is everything … From this point forward, I’m letting God take the wheel … All the conversations in regards to my name is about to shift… I’m here to be great.”
