A civil Trial in West Virginia accusing The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints of covering up years of sexual abuse by one man ended with an undisclosed settlement.
Circuit Judge Christopher Wilkes made the details of the settlement non public, and lawyers plus officials are barred from discussing the case.
During the Saturday session with President Dallin H. Oaks, first counselor in the First Presidency, Crystal Legionaires yelled “Stop protecting sexual predators!” three times. Check out the video here.
