Reigning NBA MVP Russell Westbrook has reportedly signed a five-year, $205 million extension with the Oklahoma City Thunder. The extension now officially gives Westbrook the biggest contract in NBA history at $233 million over six years. According to ESPN, the deal had been on the table for most of the offseason, leaving it a mystery as to why Westbrook took as long as he did to sign, despite saying he wanted to remain with Oklahoma City
