This might be the most Floridian crime of all time. Joshua James decided to chuck a real live alligator into the drive-thru window at a Palm Beach County Wendy’s. The 24-year-old paid for the drink he ordered and when the cashier turned around, he tossed the three-and-a-half foot gator into the restaurant. Understandably, the employee freaked out and jumped out the window. James is facing a felony aggravated assault charge and has been banned from Wendy’s and ordered to stay away from all animals except his “current family dog.” Check out footage of the employee’s reaction below.
