It’s officially the first day of summer and you know what that means…Outdoor Music Festivals for everyone!!! Here’s a list of 5 outdoor music festivals/concert series to check out this summer.
1.Salt City Sounds Concert Series
The Salt City Sounds Concert Series is provided by Broadway Media for the community and you don’t want to miss out on the FREE Concerts EVERY Wednesday at the Gallivan Center in downtown Salt Lake City! Only 2 Shows left with Party Favor tonight and the Ying Yang Twins next Wednesday the 24th. Doors open at 6 pm so head on over tonight after the #rolloutshow!
2.Salt Lake City Twilight Concert Series
The Twilight Concert Series is a staple to the Utah Community and whether or not you know the artists or it’s just not really “your scene” it’s a REALLY cheap way to get out and enjoy some food and music on a Thursday night. Artists like The Roots and Solange are being featured this year and I can’t wait! The concert series runs every Thursday during the weeks of July 20-August 31. 3.Bonanza Campout
Ok this is gonna be lit! Lauryn Hill, Nas, Wale and Waka Flocka?!?! Enough said. It’s a campout music festival this weekend June 23-25 up in Heber City, Utah. Check it out! Bonanza Campout
4.Provo Rooftop Concert Series
Take the trek down to Utah County and enjoy a FREE concert in beautiful Downtown Provo the first Friday of every month this summer! Great music, great restaurants, great atmosphere. Check it out! Provo Rooftop Concert Series
5.Ogden Twilight Concert Series
The Ogden Twilight Concert Series is on the come up! Their lineup has been getting better and better every year. Not a ton of Hip Hop and R&B but still a great atmosphere to chill with some friends on a summer evening and the tickets are pretty cheap. Shows are every Thursday for the month of June.
