Brown has been released from a Paris jail where he was detained due to an alleged sexual assault.
Brown plans on suing his accuser for slander. Brown’s lawyer, Raphael Chiche, says that legal action will be taken against the accuser, “a complaint for slanderous denunciation will be filed tomorrow with the Public Prosecutor of Paris,” Chiche told Entertainment Tonight.
Chiche went on to say that no charges were filed against Brown but the case isn’t closed and investigations are ongoing. The accuser told Closer Magazine that she was “brutally and violently” raped by two men and Brown after she followed them back to there hotel room at 4 am. She said Brown forced himself on her when she went to the bathroom, pulling her into a dressing room and raping her followed by his bodyguard and another man.
