First responders, medical workers, and National Guardsmen can get a 10 percent discount off purchases at any of Dollar General’s over 16,000 locations. To get the discount, workers just need to show their badge. Dollar General is already offering an exclusive shopping hour for seniors during the COVID-19 outbreak.
