Music Maury Povich has been used in Hip-Hop lyrics a lot
So when he says he looks to Hip-Hop as his savior when it comes to his talk show audience, he means it. “We have the youngest audience of any daytime talk show. I attribute that to people who love hip-hop and watch my show. It’s all good, as they say,” Povich told XXL. Povich says he’s tried to get Hip-Hop artists on his show, notably JAY-Z for an anniversary special. Unfortunately, HOV couldn’t make it so all he got was an autograph poster of The Black Album.
Maury says since he couldn’t get Jay on the show he’ll settle for the G.O.A.T to remix his Maury theme music and he can bring Beyonce as a backup. HOV has yet yo respond…doubt he will.
