Coffee and energy drink consumers have heard every argument of why the particular beverage is bad for them from the opposition. What’s the main argument against these drinks? Well, it’s that they’re full of caffeine. I mean, I drink Red Bull more for the taste rather than the energy I need from the caffeine, but what’s the maximum amount of caffeine that should be consumed in a day?
According to a Twitter post from Business Insider, healthy adults can safely consume up to 400 MG of caffeine per day. See what drinks contain the most caffeine and how many of each you should limit yourself to daily.
