It’s 2002 all over again. Ashanti and Ja Rule are working on a collaborative album!
Talking to Entertainment Tonight at the BET Awards, Ashanti said, “Listen, me and Rule, it’s so funny because we’ve been talking about that for so long, but I think now he’s like, ‘OK, now it’s time to do it.'”
Ashanti also said that Ja has put some time on his calendar to hop in the studio with her. Ja Rule started waving the flames when he tweeted at Ashanti about Jay-Z and Beyonce’s joint album. Rule said, “We should do one of these”.
