Liza Rios has filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit against clothing manufacturers over allegations of trademark infringement.
The late rapper’s wife claims she obtained the rights to the logo that’s similar to the Jordan Jump Man brand logo.
The company Redbubble has recreated the image and Walmart was allegedly selling the clothing with out permission. The big box store has been included in the mute-million dollar lawsuit.
Rios is demanding they turn over all profits from the line, and wants an injunction to prevent further sales.
