More money, more problems for DaBaby who is being sued by the owner of a vacation rental home.
Gary Pagar spoke with Variety about the incident saying he agreed to allow DaBaby to have 12 people in the home due to COVID restrictions, however, DaBaby invited in about 40. When Pagar came to the home he says a video shoot going on and he attempted to shut it down, that’s when he was met with opposition and DaBaby allegedly chased Pagar into the home, told him not to call the police, hit him in the mouth, knocking out his tooth, and stole his phone and expensive kitchenware. Pagar’s suit includes several thousand dollars in damages as well as damage to the security system. Pagar also says DaBaby still owes rental fees.
