Nicki Minaj and Joe Budden came face to face in a new interview where she calls rappers, “faceless.”
Budden released a clip on social media. In the clip, Minaj sat down with Budden to discuss how rappers jump on trending sounds and when it gets old they have no identity. “You know, once anybody has success with anything, it seems like everybody just jumps on that sound,” Nicki Minaj explained in the clip. “Even if they may not have even liked it, it might be people behind them telling them to do it.” Budden agreed with Minaj’s point but says fans will have to wait until the Queen says the whole conversation can be released. “Whenever Nicki say it’s dropping, is when is dropping. Ain’t getting me screamed on,” said Budden.
