The Marathon Continues…
Like most cases, when a significant artist/person is killed/dies their work really takes off, and so is the case with Nipsey Hussle. Since his murder on March 31, Nipsey’s albums and clothing store have skyrocketed in sales. According to a tweet from Karen Civil, the store’s employees have been working overtime to accommodate over 2 million orders.
Civil had tweeted that if fans wanted to support Nipsey that they should only purchase from the authorized store. Many replies came in that they were still waiting on their package, to which Civil replied,
It’s coming! Please be patient literally over 2 million orders yours will come shortly they’ve been working 12 hours straight 🙂

Part of the reason for the delay on the orders as well is because celebrities literally bought out the entire store. In fact, T.I. broke the register twice!
#TI visited #NipseyHussle’s “The Marathon Clothing” store yesterday to show support and bought so much clothing that he broke the register twice! 😂🙌🙏 #RIPNipseyHussle @Tip pic.twitter.com/Fd3oPHs6XY

Nipsey founded Marathon Clothing with his brother Blacc Sam in 2017. It’s located at the intersection of Crenshaw and Slauson in South Los Angeles.
Have you bought anything from the store? Are you still waiting on your package?
