Kanye’s legal team has been busy trying to scrub Walmart’s website of fake Yeezy knockoffs, but they have a long way to go. Although Walmart has since taken the shoes off their website, which they say were uploaded by a third party, there are still several listings for “Yeezy-inspired” shows on Etsy. The Yeezy knockoffs are retailing between $30 – $60 on Etsy and according to TMZ who reached out to Kanye’s team about filing a lawsuit, there hasn’t been one filed yet. The lawsuit claims the $25 knock-offs that were being sold could cause Kanye to lose “hundreds of millions” of dollars.
