Fans of Euphoria have been on a wild right with the second season.
“Rue” has fought vigorously with her mother and sister, broke up with Jules, dropped a bomb about Cassie and Nate, and is quickly reaching her bottom. Zendaya took to social media to give some perspective on the new season and her character. She posted a picture of Rue starring at a mirror while sitting at a long table. Zendaya then explained how important it is for characters to be flawed and for people to be able to love people in real life and stick with them through their struggles as they stick through characters in a television show. She ended her comments by writing, “And remember that we are not the worst mistake we’ve ever made. And that redemption is possible.”
