2 Chainz Reveals Lil Wayne ‘ColleGrove 2’ Album Will Be Different From 1st Effort 2 Chainz recently held space in a Spotify Greenroom with DJ Akademiks to discuss his upcoming releases. The Atlanta rapper mentioned that he and Lil Wayne are back in the studio working on a follow-up to their ColleGrove series, “This one is definitely coming out this year,” he proclaimed. “We’re actually in the process of mixing it and [Lil Wayne’s] on every single song.” “We were in the studio together…I feel super excited about this fu_king project because it don’t sound like nothing I’ve ever heard before. And doing something like that with Wayne, it’s welcoming, it’s warming and it’s going to be accepted.” Look for 2 Chainz to release “Dope Don’t Sell Itself” on February 4th.
