Whether you are a neat freak or dread having to do some Spring cleaning, here are 3 tips to make your Spring cleaning a little easier.
Lime Buildup
Probably my biggest restroom pet peeve when cleaning is the lime calcium buildup on my faucets!. Its a pain to remove and seems impossible to get it all off at once. Heres an easy way to take care of that without hard labor. Take a rag or paper towel and drench it in vinegar! Set it on the buildup, leave it there for about an hour and you’re all set. It will break down the buildup and make it easy to just wipe off.
Dust
We all know how excessively dusty Utah is. When I had ceiling fans I would find myself having to wipe them down at least once a week to remove all the dust! Its crazy the amount of dust that can collect here, which is why this is a very important tip! Take a towel or rag and wipe down your ceiling fans with a bit of furniture polish! This will easily remove the dust, and keep the fan sleek and smooth to help prevent future dust from setting.
Bedding
There’s a pretty good chance you spent a lot of time in bed this summer Netflix & chilling, but does that mean you have to wash your blankets? Nope! Not necessarily. As long as you avoided creating food stains from your binging episodes, you don’t need to wash your bulky blankets. Of course, you’ll wash your sheets but your comforter just needs to be shaken out and hung outside to air out.
