My good friends at Verity eSports opened my eyes to the world of eSports and the BOOM this industry is currently going through. We’ve often heard of these gamers on Twitch and other streaming platforms generating millions in revenue. So, when I heard about the NBA 2k League I instantly looked to see if we have a local affiliate and to my excitement we do!
Jazz Gaming has introduced more eSports to our community which is a community underserved with the widespread opportunity it creates. Previous generations would think that gaming is a bad thing for people, but after speaking with Jazz Gaming Head Coach Jelani “Comp” Mitchell he explains so many benefits gaming can provide not only to kids but people of any age.
