IHOP Is Offering 58-Cent Short Stacks On July 13, 2021 IHOP is celebrating its 63rd anniversary and is giving you a chance to scoop up 58-cent pancakes on July 13th. All you have to do is dine-in at a participating location between 7am and 7pm and you’ll score a short stack for only 58 cents. One order per guest.
