With the rise in concert ticket prices do you ever wonder if you’re paying too much for a show? Wanderlu conducted a recent study to find out exactly how much ticket costs differ from city to city in the United States. They based it off of large-scale arena tours that took place in 2017 (as well as future 2018 tours).
As you could probably guess, coming in at the most expensive city to see a show is Los Angeles, California. Our backyard neighbor, Las Vegas, landed at No. 2 on the list, while Houston, Texas took third place. If you’re looking for the cheapest place to buy a concert ticket? Look no further than Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Luckily for us Salt Lake City lands in the middle of the pack at No. 28 of the 47 cities in the survey.
