Sky Katz, 14-year-old Disney Raven’s Home actress, ran into Kanye West while at a record store in Los Angeles and seized the opportunity by rapping for him. Ye (surprisingly) looked pleased, even cracking his famously elusive smile and shaking her hand when she finished.
