The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way kids move around in school.
While most kids are doing virtual learning, some actually have to go into a school building, but can’t use the water fountain, and the folks at Capri Sun have come to the rescue.
The company that’s known for its fruit drink pouches has taken five million of their pouches and filled them with water instead of the sugary drink kids have grown to love.
The pouches are being distributed at schools in the Chicagoland and Granite City, Illinois areas around the home of the company free of charge.
Kids don’t seem to be fans of the new drink, but at least after P.E., they won’t be dehydrated.
With water fountains across Chicagoland schools off-limits, we’re giving students Capri Sun We’re Sorry It’s Not Juice to help them stay hydrated and focused to study really, really, really hard. #WaterForSchools pic.twitter.com/PTqpCLZVQF
