Foogiano has been sentenced to five years in prison.
Foogiano plead guilty to removing the device in December 2020 and leaving it on the side of the road. The rapper was arrested in Memphis when he was in town for the memorial service for Pooh Shiesty’s brother in March. Fellow rapper Meek Mill and music executive Boomman, have both posted on social media that Foogiano needs to be freed.
