Jay-Z’s Invests in 24-Year-Old Technologist, Spatial LABS Founder Iddris Sandu

Jay-Z has invested in a 24-year-old technologist and his company Spatial LABS or sLABS for short.

The company was founded by Ghana-born and southern California-resident Iddris Sandu who has been working with big brands such as Apple, Google, Facebook, Uber, Instagram, Beyoncé’s Ivy Park and Rihanna’s Fenty brands since the age of 13. “Iddris has a conscious world view and a youth-centric vision that is innovative and refreshing to witness,” JAY-Z said in a statement. “We share similar parallels in how we imagine impacting people in our lifetime. Partnering with him on this journey and others is very exciting.” sLABS is preparing to launch its first product, LNQ, next year. LNQ is a blockchain-enabled hardware platform that will “provide young creators with better tools to utilize the metaverse as it becomes a reality,” said Sandu.
